About Borovets

Sofia District Region

Borovets is Bulgaria's oldest established ski resort with a history going back to the 1890's. It is nestled amongst pine forests in the picturesque Rila mountains.

There are approximately 45 kms of ski pistes, which are grouped into three regions. The most difficult of the pistes are on Qstrebets, which is where all competitions in the resort take place.

Tuition in many languages is available within the resort, and with the snow cannons, you can expect a long ski season.
