What is the process?

The buying process is outlined as follow:

1. Client selects property, pays Company set up fee of �750 (if applicable) and 10% deposit. Customer receives receipt. Bulgarian Ltd Company procedures instigated by Jamsar UK Ltd

2. Preliminary contract and Company set up documents forwarded to client

3. Client returns completed documents and proof of identity to Jamsar UK Ltd

4. Jamsar UK Ltd checks documents and forward to Jamsar Bg Ltd

5. Jamsar Bg Ltd process documents

6. Bulgarian Ltd Company documents returned to client for notarisation

7. Bulgarian Ltd Company documents returned to Jamsar UK Ltd

8. Jamsar UK Ltd checks documents and forward to Foreign and Commonwealth Office for apostlisation.

9. After apostle has been granted, Bulgarian Ltd Company documents are forwarded to Jamsar Bg Ltd, who process them through the Bulgarian court

10. Balance of property purchase price paid within 28 days from date of deposit

11. Property transferred to client's Bulgarian Ltd Co and becomes the legal owner
